"Takeaway/We/Us/Our" means Biriyana
"Website" means www.biriyana.co.uk
"Application" means the Biriyana mobile application used for placing food orders

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all food and beverages by us and form the basis of the contract between you and us. By placing an order through our Website or Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please check your order carefully before submitting. Our Contract
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price. Collection and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
To place an order with Biriyana, you must be over 18 and use a valid debit or credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email, SMS, or on the Website/Application. This does not confirm acceptance.
A contract will only exist once we confirm the order has been dispatched or is ready for collection. Only items listed in the confirmation will form part of the contract.
Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure prices and item descriptions on our Website/Application are accurate.
If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or offer a cancellation.
If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled, and any payment refunded in full.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown clearly during checkout and included in the total cost.
Payment
All online payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges will appear on your bank statement under Biriyana or Stripe.
Once you place an order, a standard authorisation check will be carried out on your payment card. Your card will be charged once authorisation is approved.
Payment will be held as full payment for the value of your confirmed order.
Delivery Estimates
Times provided for delivery and collection are approximate.
We aim to meet these times but cannot guarantee them. External factors such as traffic, weather, or demand may affect timing.
Refunds & Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order or payment, please contact us directly using the details below.
Refunds will be processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
For disputes or unrecognised charges, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card provider.
Order Cancellation and Amendments
Once an order is confirmed and payment is taken, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless we agree otherwise.
